• Stamped and decorative concrete
• Concrete slabs and flatwork
• Foundations and footings
• Concrete repair and restoration
• Retaining walls and concrete masonry

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information you give us and our site assessment. Final costs may vary if we discover additional work is needed or if you request changes to the original scope. We will always discuss any price adjustments with you before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe outlined in your contract.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete your project on time. However, weather conditions, unforeseen site conditions, or supply chain issues may cause delays. We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as we become aware of them. You understand that certain delays are beyond our control.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide us with clear access to the work area and to remove any vehicles, equipment, or personal items that may interfere with our work. You are responsible for ensuring that underground utilities are properly marked before we begin excavation work.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a limited warranty against defects in workmanship. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be outlined in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or failure to maintain the concrete as recommended.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our work, and details are available upon request.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
